I’m Ludo, a brand identity designer working with purpose-driven organisations at pivotal moments: when clarity, credibility, and consistency genuinely matter.

Most purpose-driven organisations reach a point where their brand no longer reflects where they are, or where they’re going. If it looks inconsistent, feels generic, or doesn’t reflect the quality of your work, people notice even if they don’t say so. For organisations that depend on credibility, that cost is real.

That’s not a design problem. It’s a clarity problem.

Not every organisation needs a rebrand. Some are at exactly the right moment for one. A funding round. A new strategy. A leadership change. A programme that needs to reach a new audience. These are the moments when brand clarity genuinely changes outcomes.

I work with a small number of organisations each year at precisely these moments. I work directly with the people leading the organisation not through layers of account management. Every project is founder-led, from brief to delivery.

How I work
Discovery
Before anything is designed, I spend time understanding your organisation, your audience, and the gap between how you're perceived and how you need to be understood.
Strategy
That research becomes the foundation: positioning, tone of voice, and the core decisions that give the visual identity something to say.
Design
The identity is built from those foundations, not chosen from options, but constructed around what your organisation actually needs to communicate.
Handover
You receive everything documented and ready to use, so the work continues to hold after the project ends.

Brand Identity Design

From £3,000 / 3.500€ - 4/6 weeks

For organisations at a growth or credibility inflection point that need a coherent, considered brand identity, built to last and not just to launch.

The engagement begins with discovery: understanding your organisation, your audience, your competitive landscape, and where your current brand is falling short. That research informs the strategic foundations before any design begins.

What you receive: a complete visual identity system including logo and variations, colour palette, typography, imagery style, and usage guidelines. Core collaterals including business cards, letterhead, email signature, and social media templates are included as standard.

Everything is documented in a brand guidelines PDF your team can use independently.

Brand Identity + Website

/ 02
From £5,500 / 6.500€ - 8/10 weeks

Everything in the Brand Identity System, plus a website that applies it.

Once the identity is established, the website is designed and developed around it, not adapted from a generic template. Up to 5 pages, designed for desktop and mobile, built in WordPress. Basic SEO setup, analytics integration, and cookie compliance included.

You receive a site you can update yourself, and a brand that works consistently across every touchpoint.

Other work

I also work with agencies and studios as a specialist freelance partner on brand identity projects.

I occasionally take on editorial design (pitch decks, reports, presentations, brochures…), infographic and illustration design, packaging design, social media and digital design, for existing clients and agency partners. If you have a specific project in mind, get in touch directly.
