You’ve built something worth caring about. The brand just isn’t showing it yet.
I’m Ludo, a brand designer based in SE London, originally from Milan. I work with mission-led organisations that need a clearer, more credible identity to match the quality of what they do.
If your organisation is growing, fundraising, changing direction, or outgrowing its current brand, I help turn that complexity into a brand system that feels clear, serious, and easy to trust.
What I do
That usually includes visual identity work, but the goal is bigger than visuals. It’s about making sure the way you look and sound reflects the quality, care, and ambition already present in the organisation.
I’m especially useful when an old identity no longer fits, or when the next stage of growth needs a sharper, more credible presentation.
What this looks like in practice
Depending on the brief, that may include logo design, colour, typography, image direction, and brand guidelines. But the real outcome is a system that helps you make better decisions and show up more consistently across every touchpoint.
Strategy comes first
Every project starts with discovery and direction before any design work begins. I look at the organisation’s mission, audience and positioning, then shape the visual direction around what needs to be communicated.
That thinking is built into the engagement. It’s what makes the identity more than decoration, and more than a set of files.
Pricing and timeframe reference
If you’re not sure which one fits, book a discovery call and we can work it out together.

What's included
A Brand Identity System or Brand Refresh includes everything needed to brief printers, developers, and future designers: logo suite in all formats and colour versions, colour palette with HEX, RGB and CMYK values, typography specifications, brand guidelines, and core collaterals — business card, letterhead, email signature, and social media profile images and cover banners.
A Logo Design / Refresh includes the full logo suite and a logo usage guide. Full brand guidelines are available as a separate service if needed.
What's extra
Icon sets, pattern systems, Canva or PowerPoint templates, additional social media templates, merchandise artwork, exhibition graphics, and pitch decks are not included as standard. These are scoped and quoted individually.
My approach
I’m not interested in branding that feels generic, trendy, or overdone.
I prefer work that is restrained, precise, and built to last. The kind of identity system that doesn’t shout, but still makes a strong impression.
Because I work closely with mission-driven organisations, I’m used to balancing seriousness with warmth, and strategy with execution. That means I care about how the brand looks, but also how it lands in the real world.
Who I work with
The best projects tend to come from organisations at a key turning point.
That might be:
- a rebrand after growth or change
- a fundraising or investment moment
- a new leadership team
- a new programme, product, or initiative
- a brand that feels too vague, too inconsistent, or no longer fit for purpose
I work best with teams that value clarity, collaboration and thoughtful decision-making.
Not the right fit
I’m probably not the right designer if you’re looking for:
- a purely cosmetic refresh
- quick, low-budget logo-only work
- very early-stage support with no budget for proper brand development
- a playful or trend-led visual style
- a very cheap, fast turnaround
I work best when the brand matters enough to be treated properly.
A bit about me
I’m based in SE London and originally from Milan. Alongside client work, I co-founded Eco Around, helped build Engineering Minds, and facilitate environmental workshops including Climate Fresk and Plastic Collage.
That work shapes how I think about branding: not as decoration, but as a way to make important work easier to understand and easier to back.
